In an application for space within Southgate Mall, specifically new retailers and independent retailers; we require the following;

1.	Company profile
2.	Concept Brochure - which indicates what they wish to sell, size of store and some images of what their store would like.
3.	Business Plan
4.	Letter confirming the funding status - i.e., who is funding the project or is this funding available.
5.	If it is a franchise - a letter from the franchisor confirming that they are the preferred and qualified franchisee for the centre.
